Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Mac platform
  • Proficiency in design software including Photoshop, Illustrator and inDesign
  • Knowledge in website production would be an advantage(e.g. Dreamweaver and flash)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of books & administration works
  • Handle A/R, A/P, bank reconciliation and month end closing
  • Maintain proper accounting records and procedures
  • Prepare daily and monthly financial reports
  • Prepare expense breakdown and audit schedules
  • Provide support on staffing & administration for HK & PRC offices
  • Responsible for the setup of company standard of process (SOP)
  • Review and design administration manuals and policies
  • Assist in accounting, administrative & ad hoc project
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accounting, Admin, HR management or related discipline
  • LCC higher with 2 years auditing, accounting & office administration experience

  • Good command of Written English and Mandarin
