• 1 Passionfruit • 25ml Absolut Vodka • 15ml Mango juice • 10ml Cointreau • Squeeze of a lemon
1. Cut passionfruit in half and hollow out the shell. 2. Mix the ingredients in a shaker 3. Shake and pour ingredients into the passion fruit. 4. Lay passionfruit on a bed of crushed ice in a rock glass 5. Surround the passionfruit with “passionfruit air” using a cocktail spoon.
